Cambridge House Apartments II was developed using equity from the sale of housing credits that had been awarded by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). Additional funding was provided by County Corp and HOME funding from the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development. This 47-unit affordable housing development was acquired by an affiliate of County Corp in July 2025. Professional property management services will be provided by Nelson and Associates.
